Candace Austin - Managing Partner Founder, Candace Austin brings a wealth of accounting knowledge to Krystal Solutions. She founded our agency after recognizing the strong need for experienced accounting professionals for smaller to medium-sized businesses in the central Florida region. She came across many companies that needed a higher level of expertise for a fraction of the cost and time of a full-time position.

The Tullahoma, Tennessee native graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Business Administration. MTSU’s College of Business is among 49 schools in the U.S. accredited through The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the longest serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, master’s and doctorate degrees in business and accounting.

After graduating, Candace moved to Polk County to begin her accounting career in. Since, she has worked for small businesses and large corporations in a variety of accounting-related positions including Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Accounting Analyst and Cost Accountant.

Candace possesses Great Plains, Peachtree and QuickBooks software expertise. Although knowledgeable in all realms of accounting, cost accounting is her strong suit. Also, Candace is skilled at minimizing time spent while maximizing productivity by building useful tools and streamlining processes.

In the past, Candace has served the business community as the Director of Young Professionals in Savannah, Georgia. Now, Candace donates her time and expertise to KidsPack by providing her accounting services pro bono and volunteering at the charity’s events.
