With a strong background in both corporate and small-business environments, she brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every engagement, whether it’s accounting or bookkeeping.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University’s AACSB-accredited College of Business, Mrs. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Her extensive career includes roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Accounting Analyst, and Cost Accountant, complemented by deep proficiency in Sage, ViewPoint, Great Plains, Peachtree, and QuickBooks. She is particularly known for her expertise in cost accounting and her ability to streamline processes which enhance accuracy and productivity.

Beyond her technical experience, Mrs. Austin has actively served the business community through various leadership roles, including her time as Director of Young Professionals in Savannah, Georgia. Her commitment to service and professional excellence continues to shape the values of Krystal Solutions today.
